Housing & Fleet Manager (Day) -

ColumbiaCare Services is a non-profit, behavioral health and Veteran’s service agency offering a full spectrum of programming to help people get better. The Housing & Fleet Manager will manage the operations of the CCS properties, facilitate rental agreements, and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage the operations of the CCS properties as assigned
Facilitate completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants
Maintain complete and accurate property files and records
Manage organizations rent subsidy programs
Coordinate with local and public housing authority to identify landlords with available housing eligible for section 8 rental
Knowledgeable about Federal Fair Housing and ADA rules and compliance
Understand landlord tenant rules, ORS & OAR’s

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Current Oregon Property Management License
Three to Five (3–5) years of relevant work experience working with affordable housing and property & fleet management
A wide degree of housing knowledge, including low-income housing/tax credit (LIHTC), HUD programs (project-based section 8, section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDA-Rural development (USDA-RD 515), HCD, home funds and bonds
Valid driver's license from their state of residence or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Ability to maintain a safe driving record
Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
Ability to frequently sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers
Ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
Must be 18 or older at the time of hire
