Responsibilities

Support and complete requirements for internal and external financial reporting

Assist on special projects to enhance and increase efficiency as it relates to the financial close process

Responsible for the compilation and analysis of the Allowance for Loan Loss and Interest Rate Risk models

Various risk and liquidity reports and projections

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field required

A minimum of five years' experience in financial reporting in the financial services industry required, or combination of equivalent experience and education

A demonstrated strong foundation in finance and accounting principles required

Must be detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills, and have the ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions

Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong organizational skills
