Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in tile, marble, terrazzo, or stone estimating and project management, preferably in high-end residential
Strong field measurement experience — must be comfortable working directly with GCs, subcontractors, and on active job sites
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; familiarity with Planswift, Bluebeam, or other estimating tools is a plus
Ability to manage all phases of the project — estimating, procurement, scheduling, submittals, and field coordination
Excellent communication and sales skills; capable of maintaining relationships with high-end clients, builders, and architects
Operates with minimal supervision and can work independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Experience working with union labor is a plus, though not required
