Senior Revenue Enablement Manager - Onboarding

They are seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to build a high-performance onboarding experience for the AMER Revenue team, ensuring new hires achieve productivity quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities
Sales Readiness & Execution: Design an onboarding program where product knowledge supports discovery, positioning, objection handling, and closing behaviors. Success is measured by pipeline created, opportunity progression, and win-rate signals during ramp
Embedded Sales Methodology: Operationalize MEDDPICC as a common language across AMER. Discovery, qualification, and forecasting become consistent, coachable, and auditable rather than theoretical
The “Lighthouse Way” of Selling: Lead workshops that translate capabilities into business value, executive alignment, and commercial impact — ensuring reps can sell outcomes, not features
Applied Learning & Certification: Replace passive training with live simulations, deal-based role-plays, and demo certification that validate customer-readiness before field activation
Ramp Coaching & Performance Signals: Monitor early-funnel indicators (meetings, discovery quality, pipeline coverage, MEDDPICC hygiene) and provide targeted coaching to accelerate time-to-productivity
Sales Leadership Partnership: Work as a strategic partner to AMER Sales Leaders, aligning onboarding with regional motion differences and running booster programs where performance gaps emerge
Qualification
Required
Enablement or Sales Performance Background (4+ yrs): Experience improving ramp outcomes or delivering high-impact sales results
Sales Methodology Practitioner: Hands-on experience applying MEDDPICC (or similar) inside active deal cycles, not just classroom delivery
Behavior-Change Approach to Learning: Proven ability to design programs that shift field execution, not just knowledge retention
Coach & Operator Mindset: You measure success by how quickly reps generate meaningful pipeline and close their first deal
Preferred
SaaS / Hospitality Context (preferred): Familiarity with multi-stakeholder buying cycles and value-driven selling
