SMB Account Executive
Pluralsight is a learning platform dedicated to accelerating technology skills and capabilities. The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new customers and expanding existing accounts, focusing on building relationships and communicating the value of Pluralsight's offerings.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers, identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy in Salesforce, develop processes for meaningful customer experience, and identify companies that are in our top buying industries, have the specific personas we target, or have used/shown interest in Pluralsight before
Conduct targeted outreach to customers through personalized emails, calls, and generated leads to drive new customer acquisition, and upgrade existing customer base
Execute a consistent activity process to deliver the "Metrics that Matter": held customer meetings, new pipeline generation, and booked ARR
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with pricing, sales quotas and transactions
Experience working in a high-volume transaction environment
Interest in pursuing a career in sales
You are agile and flexible, and get energized by working in high growth changing environments
You are an amazing communicator who is customer and partner focused
Self motivated, goal and detail oriented, persistent and dependable
