Regional Sales Manager - Texas and Louisiana
McCrometer, a Veralto company, is a global leader in flow instrumentation, designing and manufacturing flow measurement equipment. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and territories, focusing on building relationships and executing sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing a sales strategy that results in revenue growth in the region
Building relationships and effectively communicating the benefits and value of McCrometer’s metering solutions
Setting sales goals with channel partners and working collaboratively with them to ensure achievement and sustainment
Utilizing and updating the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate data to effectively manage the funnel of opportunities
Preparing sales reports and sales forecasts
Attending trade shows and industry conferences to stay abreast of market developments and serve as an ambassador of McCrometer’s solutions
Educating customers, dealers, and distributors on the product portfolio and value proposition
Following up on customer issues and collaborating cross-functionally to help resolve problems
Qualification
Required
BS in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Engineering careers are a plus
5-7 years of outside sales experience in an industrial business is a must
On-site experience within the Oil and Gas industry is a must
Preferred
Deep knowledge of flow metering and water/wastewater applications is a plus
Expert on flow-metering technology and products is a plus
Experience in CRMs, Salesforce preferred
