Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within Ivanti ITSM and leverage Ivanti Neurons to extend automation and intelligence
Configure and enhance ITSM processes, starting with out-of-the-box functionality and expanding into advanced customizations and integrations
Clean, structure, and maintain CMDB data to ensure accuracy, scalability, and usability
Utilize Ivanti Neurons for workflow automation, proactive healing, and enhanced asset/integration management
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and align the platform with organizational needs
Provide ongoing support, configuration updates, and tuning for Ivanti ITSM and Neurons post-implementation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience configuring and managing Ivanti ITSM solutions with hands-on CMDB expertise
Strong understanding of Ivanti Neurons as a cloud-scale automation and management platform
Background in CMDB implementation, data management, and optimization
Experience with ITSM modules, workflows, and integrations
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices and best practices in configuration management
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Ability to balance project-based work with long-term operational support
