Responsibilities
Integration: Unifying two founder-led businesses into a single operating model, with aligned systems, processes, and culture
Strategy & Growth: Defining and executing a growth strategy to capture market share in a fragmented, expanding sector
Leadership: Building a high-performing management team and embedding a culture of accountability and execution
Value Creation: Partnering with the Board and investors to deliver EBITDA growth, professionalise the organisation, and prepare for exit
M&A: Leading the assessment and integration of bolt-on acquisitions
Qualification
Required
CEO or senior P&L leadership experience in a growth-focused environment
Demonstrated success integrating businesses and building scalable infrastructure
Exposure to private equity backed companies and the investor-board dynamic
Track record of driving EBITDA growth and successful exit outcomes
Preferred
Background in enterprise systems, consulting, or industrial services strongly preferred
