Responsibilities
Provide a daily production schedule that is based on the visibility of materials
Initiate the work order to the production line to build the product in order to fulfill the customer's requirements
Maintain daily reports on input, output, and shipment to monitor if there is any risk of failing to meet our commitments to the customer
Track of material deliveries to ensure we receive them on time and in the correct quantities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the working orders are running smoothly on the production line
Coordinate with the vendor to discuss a material pulling schedule that aligns with the mass production schedule
Qualification
Required
Able to conduct and facilitate effective meetings
Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and use time effectively
Hours can be flexible to execute the responsibilities of the position
1-2 years of similar industry experience
Ability to accommodate different working environments
Ability to adapt to other working periods
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Familiar with Microsoft's software is preferred
Knowledge or experience in server, storage, and PC products is plus
