Bosch Home Comfort USA is seeking a highly skilled and proactive SAP CO Expert to join their Financial Controlling team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of controlling processes within SAP, particularly in preparation for S/4HANA migration.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate reconciliation between COPA and PCA, resolving complex discrepancies

Lead the central month-end closing activities and identify opportunities for enhancing reporting quality and consistency across North American locations

Prepare the SAP system for year-end closing and new fiscal year setup

Perform inventory revaluation for quarterly and year-end closings

Act as SAP-CO data steward, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with domain rules

Coordinate and test SAP CO customizing changes, ensuring alignment with the Rainbow template

Create, maintain, and customize CO master data (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders)

Clean up CO master data in preparation for S/4HANA migration

Support SAP upgrade testing and approve CO-related processes to ensure system integrity

Provide expert SAP CO support for DCNA projects

Implement and document cross-module SAP processes to support business integration

Train SAP CO users and other SAP key users and promote best practices to ensure system proficiency and sustainability
