Responsibilities
Own and strategically lead assigned program areas, setting priorities and defining clear roadmaps
Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined program goals and prioritized deliverables
Establish, optimize, and scale cross-functional processes, ensuring compliance and adoption while identifying opportunities for automation
Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk throughout the program lifecycle
Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including scope, design, deliverables, and governance processes
Deliver clear, compelling, data-driven communications to diverse audiences to influence decisions and secure stakeholder buy-in
Drive the development and execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), tracking progress and reporting outcomes to leadership
Conduct deep data analysis to produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations that align business, product, and technical priorities
Serve as a subject matter authority, guiding leadership through complex, ambiguous challenges
Define and track key program metrics, managing cross-functional teams and implementing corrective actions when needed
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional experts to improve product and service quality and manage dependencies
Lead post-implementation efforts, including feedback collection and continuous improvement initiatives
Establish and clearly articulate program vision and objectives, securing executive sponsorship and stakeholder alignment
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in program management principles and best practices
Solid foundation in relevant subject matter domains
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to identify opportunities and solve complex problems
Demonstrated situational leadership and decision-making capability
Ability to run effective meetings that drive clarity and outcomes
Strong product knowledge relevant to the industry
Experience with risk management planning and execution
Skilled in resource planning, allocation, and optimization
Proven people and team management experience
Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
Excellent consultative and influencing skills
Advanced ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data
Strong client and partner management experience
Compelling storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas clearly
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
