Responsibilities
Handle all inbound and outbound calls
Offer exceptional customer service
Address escalated phone calls
Accurately answer questions and concerns from owners, vendors, and brokers
Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
Update and analyze file tracking system notes
Understand and interpret transfer documents
Communicate status of transfer process with customer
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year customer service/call center experience
High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
Highly motivated, goal oriented
Capable of articulating professionally to customer
Ability to effectively manage time
Must be able to effectively analyze and interpret data
Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proven internet and computer software skills
Basic data entry skills
Proper note taking ability
