Develop and execute corporate giving goals and plans
Lead employee giving campaigns and volunteer opportunities
Serve as the company's Benevity administrator
Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes
Manage Sustainability strategy and reporting
Oversee engagement with sustainability rating agencies
Collaborate on corporate communications initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years in corporate philanthropy or related field
Experience with Benevity or similar software
Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting standards
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Proven program and budget management abilities
Preferred
Energy industry experience
Understanding of nonprofit sector best practices
Experience with large-scale program management
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
