Responsibilities

Provide modeling, direct support, and clinical oversight of the Jumpstart curriculum
Contribute to clinical outcome information in the form of assessment and goal tracking tools, written program information, and other materials related to the program
Attend and actively participate in Jumpstart Lead meetings and other activities to develop new programs, ensure clinical quality, and support program outcomes
Maintain clinical productivity expectations by completing treatment plans, supervision, and parent training. A reduction in productivity will be given to accommodate administrative tasks related to this role
Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to Behavior Technicians (BT)
Stay current with the latest research trends in early intervention and complete a variety of clinical assessments and treatment plans following Cortica’s Whole Child Approach as well as BACB, licensing board, state and federal law, and insurance company guidelines
Administer various clinical tests, rating scales, and assessments as clinically indicated and/or required by funding source (e.g., Vineland-3, ABAS-3, FAST, VB-MAPP, PDDBI, ADOS, PSI-4, etc.)
Create, implement, oversee, and revise treatment plans reflective of Cortica’s model based on medical necessity and client progress
Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to ABA clients as well as parent training services across a variety of settings (in-home, in center, community, school, telehealth, etc.) in accordance with the client treatment plan
Provide support, supervision, and clinical oversight to Cortica teammates performing job responsibilities in a Behavior Technician capacity and ABA Asst. Supervisors, where applicable
Monitor and update clients’ ABA treatment programs and update the transdisciplinary team accordingly
Organize and analyze data for progress report writing, which may include collaborating with an Assistant ABA Supervisor to complete the report
Provide timely BT clinical performance feedback to BT and track for to Lead Behavior Technician Administrator
In locations with Assistant ABA Supervisor roles (i.e. 3-tier model), manage direct reports by setting clear goals, developing and monitoring progress on individual development plans, providing regular feedback and coaching, and conducting performance reviews
Ensure quality clinical care for all clients while meeting all organizational standards related to supervision percentages, parent training hours, and productivity expectations
Responsible for creating a work schedule that meets the required billable hour expectation for the role by the assigned due date, meeting with direct supervisor regularly to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours for the clients on caseload
Support clinical staff during office operating hours with crisis intervention as needed

Required

You hold a master's or doctoral degree in a Human Services or related field
You have a current and unrestricted board certification to practice as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
You hold current and unrestricted licensure as a behavior analyst within your state of practice when required by state law
You can obtain and maintain licensure in other states where Cortica operates, as requested, to support the growth and development of Cortica services
You can obtain assigned safety training certification within 90 days of employment
You have first aid/CPR training or ability to obtain
You have a Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
