Responsibilities
Utilize your risk expertise and industry knowledge to analyze client exposures and develop tailored insurance solutions
Manage the placement process including soliciting quotes, negotiating with panel markets, and ensuring accuracy of insurance programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, underwriters, and client teams to deliver best-in-class service
Participate in renewal strategy meetings and lead client M&A integrations related to local policies and divestitures
Document all activities accurately in systems to ensure timely follow-up and compliance with global network standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of industry experience with proven success working collaboratively in a matrix team environment
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
Solid knowledge of market risk issues, insurance brokerage, account management, and servicing
Proficiency with business systems and technology; prior insurance experience with a broker or carrier
P&C license or ability to obtain; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred
Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal colleagues and external carriers
Resourceful self-starter who brings innovative solutions and ideas
Experience collaborating with teams to make an immediate impact
Familiarity with forecasts, conferences, and evolving insurance and risk management market conditions
Broker's license preferred or ability to obtain
Demonstrated interest in aligning with practice goals and contributing to their achievement
