New Grad, Entry LevelEvolve Steel is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join their fabrication shop team at Verto Steel in Emmet, ID. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components according to drawings and specifications, contributing to a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
Construction
Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick processes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Cut, fit, and assemble metal components
Operate shop equipment safely (grinders, saws, presses, etc.)
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus, but not required
Forklift or overhead crane experience
Welding certifications
