Asst Director Project Management
The University of South Florida College of Nursing is seeking an Assistant Director of Project Management to oversee and guide the project management function within the organization. This role involves managing a team of project managers and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget while aligning project goals with organizational objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing strategic direction and support
Identify and address potential risks across the project portfolio
Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Perform other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
4 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication
Able to communicate and work with various stakeholders
Preferred
Master's degree in business, IT, Project Management, or a related field
