Qualification
Required
Experience as a Loan Officer or with loan origination processes
Understanding of finance and underwriting principles
Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, professional environment
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of residential mortgage products and loan documentation requirements
Proficiency in utilizing mortgage and financial software platforms
Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) under NMLS is required
