Responsibilities
Design women's cold-weather accessory collections from concept through production
Adjust, refine, and develop seasonal prints as needed
Apply strong technical design skills and trend awareness to all deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Production and Merchandising teams
Present design concepts directly to retail managers and buyers
Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand expectations
Maintain proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing cold-weather accessories (hats, scarves, gloves)
Strong print adjustment and development skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design is required
Preferred
Experience presenting to retail buyers or senior leadership
Background working with large retail accounts
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
