Responsibilities
Compile and verify import/export information (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
Extract and manipulate data from electronic sources (.xls, .txt, etc.) and perform drawback analysis
Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and identify solutions
Develop knowledge of supply chain processes, including logistics, planning, and customer master setup
Work independently on assigned tasks while escalating complex issues as needed
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, trade compliance, or related field
Degree in Business, MIS, Finance, or related field
Advanced in Excel (pivot tables) REQUIRED, a plus Access, SQL, or .NET
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
