Responsibilities

Lead with Purpose – Supervise and develop staff, ensuring services meet program descriptions, state regulations, and COA standards

Protect Children – Ensure all safety concerns are addressed immediately and incidents are resolved effectively

Elevate Quality – Oversee documentation, compliance, and delivery of services that meet medical necessity and regulatory expectations

Support Growth – Manage budgets, monitor productivity, and achieve growth and performance goals for your office

Strengthen Partnerships – Cultivate strong relationships with referral agencies and community partners across Virginia

Inspire Teams – Provide regular supervision, coaching, and training to strengthen skills and promote excellence

Required

Doctorate or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university (Council on Social Work Education) OR a Doctorate/Master's degree in a related field such as sociology, psychology, special education, or counseling

3–4 years of casework services with children and families, including 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
