They are seeking an Executive Director for Executive Education Programs to provide strategic leadership, drive revenue growth, and expand their Executive Education portfolio while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify new market opportunities, build partnerships with corporate clients, and expand program reach regionally and globally. Drive revenue generation through proactive business development, competitive pricing, and strategic positioning of programs to meet evolving market needs
Develop in-person and online open enrollment programs, increase participation, and explore new curriculum opportunities
Collaborate with other leaders in all aspects of academic issues, curricular design, faculty assignments, and program innovations
Serve as external representative for the programs to prospective candidates/clients, alumni, executives, and business leaders
Establish vision for operational excellence
Establish policies, protocols, and procedures to streamline and consistently improve programs
Manage internal functions of program office, including but not limited to: budgetary oversight, financial and operational reporting, etc
Lead the executive education team and manage staff functions and development
Maintain and cultivate corporate partnerships to ensure high-quality customized programs
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ten or more years of job-related experience
Skills in sales, revenue generation, marketing, management, organization, leadership, customer service, budget administration, and the use of office-related computer applications
General management skills in business development, coaching, communication, and decision-making within an academic context
