Responsibilities
Dynamic, learner-mentality with extremely strong and authoritative communication skills
Willing to travel (30-40% travel)
5+ Years experience as a Programmer / Developer on Java / .NET / Python (and not pure Infrastructure administration background with monitoring experience)
Currently serving as an SRE Lead (Managing a team of SREs) managing mission critical platforms like Core Banking, Ecommerce, ERP Systems, Airline Systems etc
Strong understanding SRE concepts
Strong understanding of system architecture with 10+ years of experience on 1 or more clouds (AWS / Azure) preferably with advanced Solutions Architect certification
Deep understanding of 2 or more of the following Observability tools [Dynatrace / AppDynamics / DataDog / Splunk O11y] including custom integrations, AIOps capabilities, api integrations, Anomaly Detection etc
Strong experience with the following Open Source Tools [Prometheus + Grafana & ElasticSearch]
Strong background in OpenTelemetry with experience in code-level instrumentation
Observability and Infrastructure as Code with understanding of how to create observability and infra as code pipelines on Terraform and Ansible on any CI-CD tool
