Lead and manage client meetings and interviews
Assess legal issues and provide clear, strategic advice
Advise on costs, including drafting Letters of Engagement
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Draft high-quality legal documents and correspondence
Stay up to date with developments in law and practice
Support the development of long-term client relationships
Represent the firm at business development activities and networking events
Qualification
Required
At least eight years of post-qualification experience, whether as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
Practising rights and able to carry out reserved activities
Extensive experience in dispute resolution, including commercial and civil litigation
Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
