The US Analyst program aims to immerse participants in the Global Markets Division, focusing on Financial Institutions Solutions Sales, where they will assist in various tasks including origination, marketing, and execution of transactions.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the origination, marketing, and execution of transactions for the Cross-Asset Distribution and Financial Institutions Solutions team
Support senior salespeople on all tasks including:
Pricing and execution of transactions including structured notes, secured financing, and derivatives
Creation of term sheets and marketing materials
Strategic analysis and industry research
Working with bank and insurance clients to develop and execute bespoke solutions
Shadowing opportunities which include: collaborating with senior and junior mentors; completing assigned projects; attending meetings; giving presentations; participating in formal training; attending speaker series, networking and social events
Developing expertise in structured financial products and financing and risk management of financial institutions
Supporting the entire Solutions Sales team
Qualification
Required
Complete Undergraduate Degree by May 2026 and able to start full time in Summer 2026
Candidate is eligible to work in the United States
Candidate will not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future (including F1, OPT, CPT)

To be FINRA registered (Series 7, 63, SIE) after start date
Internship in finance or related field
Understanding of financial products and markets
Passion for financial markets
Expertise in MS Office and Bloomberg
