Collections Specialist
Connect Search, LLC is partnering with a growing company in South Austin to hire a Collections Specialist on a temporary basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounts receivable and collections experience who can manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of collection activities efficiently and accurately
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment arrangements, and account inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and account discrepancies
Maintain accurate documentation of collection efforts and account statuses
Utilize ERP systems to track receivables and collection activity
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Solid understanding of basic accounts receivable principles and processes
Experience using an ERP system and ability to learn new financial systems quickly
