Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support complex Cisco networking and telecom systems (MPLS, voice, data)

Maintain and optimize network performance, security, and reliability

Manage PBXs, ACDs, ALGs, SBCs, and related technologies

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, QoS, MPLS, SIP)

Analyze IP and SIP endpoint/trunk issues

Lead and mentor junior networking staff

Build and maintain a high-performing team

Plan, design, and implement telecom solutions

Manage budgets and project timelines

Document all changes and network configurations
