Human Resources Coordinator (28831)
Dahl Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing financial institution for a 6+ month temporary assignment. This role involves providing essential HR services, including administrative tasks, employee assistance, and light recruiting activities to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.

Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry in HRIS for job changes, terminations, and updates
Maintain digital employee files and assist with PTO and leave tracking
Respond to routine HR inbox questions and schedule interviews or meetings
Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 verification, and background checks
Post job openings and manage applicant tracking workflows
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
Prepare offer letters using approved templates and assist with reference checks
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Answer routine benefits questions and support new hire benefit onboarding
Collect and validate timecards, track PTO and leaves, and flag discrepancies for review
Support performance review cycles and ensure compliance with HR policies
Qualification
Required
Previous HR experience or light HR exposure (entry-level candidates considered)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in data entry and basic HRIS functions
Preferred
Experience with benefits administration and payroll preparation
Familiarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of HR compliance and performance review procedures
