Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Harrington Starr is partnering with a leading provider of Enterprise Data Management for the Capital Markets, seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager. The role focuses on optimizing sales processes, providing key insights, and ensuring alignment across teams to support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Develop dashboards and reports on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue; provide actionable insights for senior leadership
Manage and customize Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and effective use by sales and customer success teams
Collaborate with marketing to align processes, lead generation, and reporting, creating linked dashboards for comprehensive insights
Identify and analyze upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and monitor account health
Oversee contract lifecycle management in Salesforce, ensuring timely renewals and compliance
Maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and enablement content
Drive process improvements and introduce new tools to enhance efficiency
Support sales training initiatives to develop team skills
Qualification
Required
5+ years in revenue or sales operations, ideally with Salesforce expertise
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting insights to executives
Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and customer success
Proactive, organized, and focused on process improvement
