Responsibilities
Support monthly close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Perform income statement variance analysis and explain the “why”
Handle bank recs, intercompany activity, and general ledger clean-up
Track fixed assets, leases (ASC 842), and related schedules
Assist with audits and ad-hoc reporting
Help improve and streamline accounting processes, especially during ERP changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
~3–5 years of industry or public accounting experience
ERP experience required; SAP (HANA a big plus)
Strong Excel skills
Exposure to variance analysis, leases, and standard JEs
Curious, accountable, and comfortable working onsite
