Responsibilities

Coordinate and support projects through all phases, ensuring accurate production of design and construction documents
Produce and coordinate drawings and project documentation using Revit
Assist project managers, senior staff, and project team members with design development, technical detailing, project documentation tasks, and document management
Conduct building code, zoning, and local ordinances research to ensure compliance and integrate requirements into project documents
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to integrate architectural, engineering, and design information
Provide support during construction administration, including processing RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and assisting with field-related inquiries and documentation

Required

2+ years of professional experience
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or equivalent education and experience
Proficiency in Revit, with experience in BIM workflows
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu
Solid understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, building systems, and detailing
Working knowledge of Florida Building, Fire, and Accessibility Codes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently under moderate supervision
Clear English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Ability to contribute to presentations and coordination efforts

Preferred

Experience on mid- or high-rise multifamily and/or mixed-use projects
Familiarity with visualization and graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp, etc.)
