Responsibilities

Develop new opportunities by following up on sales leads generated from the agency, referrals, networking, marketing, and lead database

Assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms

You'll learn to be an architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverage(s) and amazing prices

Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients

Working directly with the agency owner to enhance your marketing, client management and relationship skills for agency and individual growth

Required

Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin plus

CA Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Licensed a plus - willing to provide classes for the right candidate that's not licensed
