Court appearances, motion practice, and case management
Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Negotiation and settlement conferences
Pretrial preparation and trial readiness
Client counseling and case strategy development
Familiarity with matters involving:
Allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time
Child support and maintenance
Pre- and post-decree enforcement/modification
Orders of protection and related proceedings
Qualification
Required

Trial experience
