Call Confirmation Specialist

Spa World Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive Call Confirmation Specialist to join our team. The primary mission of this role is to ensure that every customer has selected the ideal unit for their needs, verify technical home specifications, and offer luxury upgrades and extended protection plans.

Responsibilities

Conduct at least 50 outbound calls daily to confirm order details for specific models of walk-in bath tubs, such as the HD3060WILWD (Left Side Drain)
Guide customers through a "Home Readiness" checklist, confirming electrical requirements (110V/2200W dedicated circuit), water heater capacity (70-gallon requirement), and plumbing alignment
Ensure the product can be delivered and installed by verifying doorway/hallway measurements and bathroom layout (e.g., ensuring toilet placement does not obstruct the inward-swinging door)
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering luxury upgrades such as Chromatherapy, Aromatherapy, Heated Seat Pads, and high-performance water pumps
Educate customers on the 1-year standard warranty and provide options for extended manufacturer warranties (5, 10, or 15-year plans)
Explain the delivery process, emphasizing that deliveries are curbside only and instructing customers on critical damage inspection and pre-installation testing protocols
Accurately track order statuses and customer interactions using CRM and ERP systems

Ability to identify potential installation 'red flags' during a phone consultation
