Business Development Manager
SCI Technology, Incorporated is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions for mission-critical applications. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market share for their TOCNET Voice Management System product line.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the TOCNET product line
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential applications for TOCNET systems
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential customers
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and other relevant organizations
Develop and manage partner relationships to maximize sales and market reach
Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives
Develop a deep understanding of the TOCNET Voice Management System and its capabilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on TOCNET products and provide technical and commercial support to customers
Represent SCI Technology at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and forecasts
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends
Manage travel and expense budgets effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or relevant work experience within the Department of Defense Command, Control, and Communications industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or industrial communication systems industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of communication systems and technologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Ability to travel as required
Preferred
Experience with voice communication systems and IP-based communication technologies
Existing network of contacts in the defense, aerospace, or industrial sectors
Knowledge of government contracting and procurement processes
