Responsibilities
Partner & Relationship Management
Relationship Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple third-party review site partners (e.g., G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights), managing ongoing strategic relationships
Strategy & Planning: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align review-site initiatives with broader business objectives, including identifying opportunities for co-marketing, content, and joint programs
Contract & Budget Oversight: Manage vendor contracts, negotiate renewals, and oversee budgets associated with review site partnerships
Review Site Management & Optimization
Content Ownership: Own and maintain review-site profiles, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO optimization across all platforms
Review Generation: Design and execute campaigns to drive a consistent volume of high-quality, authentic customer reviews
Review Activation: Identify opportunities to leverage customer reviews across marketing campaigns and sales enablement, and support execution as needed
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze review-site performance metrics including traffic, intent data, competitive positioning, and conversion rates, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
Response Management: Oversee timely, professional responses to both positive and negative customer reviews
Technical Integration & Data Management
API Integrations: Manage and maintain integrations with review-site APIs to ingest review content, intent data, and performance metrics into internal systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses)
System Reliability: Ensure the stability and accuracy of integrations, proactively troubleshooting and resolving data issues
Data Utilization: Partner with data, marketing, and sales teams to structure and activate intent data for sales outreach, segmentation, and product roadmap prioritization
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience managing external partner relationships, preferably within B2B tech, SaaS, or software environments
Demonstrated success owning and optimizing profiles across major B2B review platforms such as G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and TrustRadius
Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience integrating and managing APIs for external data sources
Experience integrating data into common business platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations
