Responsibilities
Manage and review complex business tax returns, including C-Corp, S-Corp, partnership, and consolidated filings
Lead federal and state tax planning initiatives for closely held businesses and growth-stage companies
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term advisory relationships
Identify tax-saving strategies related to entity structuring, transactions, and ongoing operations
Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring quality, deadlines, and profitability
Mentor and develop senior associates and staff through hands-on coaching and review
Collaborate with audit, advisory, and specialty tax teams as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of public accounting experience focused on business or corporate tax
CPA required; MST or JD a plus
Strong technical foundation in federal and state business taxation
Experience managing engagements and supervising teams
Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Preferred
