Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans
Collaborate with leadership and project teams to identify change impacts and stakeholder needs
Create clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across multiple channels
Assess organizational readiness and proactively address resistance and risks
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives
Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leadership
Facilitate workshops, town halls, and training sessions to support change adoption
Continuously refine and improve change management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years experience in change management
Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience with communication tools and digital platforms
Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve communication strategies
Preferred
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
