Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Snyder Law, PC is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm based in Irvine, California. We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations, providing hands-on experience in a professional law office setting.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and assist clients in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and file organization
Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing meeting materials
Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and proofreading
Help with marketing support tasks, such as preparing materials for events or social media posts
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualification
Required
High school graduate (or equivalent) or current college/university student
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
