CCS Global Tech is seeking a Fire Department Support Programmer to assist with the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, application enhancements, and report-writing needs for the fire department using various technologies including MS SQL Server and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support the Department’s report-writing needs (approximately until June 30th, 2026)

Create and deliver appropriate technical documentation throughout the development process

Contribute to project efficiency and effectiveness by actively participating in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings

Communicate development roadblocks to the team within 24 hours of identification

Fulfill reporting requests including monthly CAD exports, Auto Aid reports, and reports for fire leadership

Schedule system upgrades with vendors, including CentralSquare and Priority Dispatch

Required

Expert level / Minimum five (5) years' experience in: CAD Administrator with knowledge of CentralSquare software

Expert level / Minimum five (5) years' experience in: MS SQL Server (T-SQL / Stored Procedures)

Expert level / Minimum five (5) years' experience in: Power BI, Crystal Reports report writing

Advanced level / Minimum one (1) year's experience in: FireRMS support

Advanced level / Minimum one (1) year's experience in: ProQA support

Advanced level / Minimum one (1) year's experience in: Station Alerting support

Minimum one (1) year of experience in: Documentation of technical requirements in a project tracking system

Minimum one (1) year of experience in: Building and executing test plans for software modifications
