Own and manage the CMDB (Ivanti Neurons for ITSM)
Define and enforce ITIL-based Configuration Management processes
Integrate and manage Azure resources within a third-party CMDB
Qualification
Required
ITIL Foundation (Intermediate/Expert preferred)
Strong Configuration Management & CMDB ownership
Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (hands-on)
Azure environment integration
ITIL v3/v4: Change, Incident, Problem Management
Excellent documentation & stakeholder communication
