Front Desk Administrator/HR Assistant

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks
Support general office operations and coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation coordination)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR-related information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or HR support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Preferred
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor compliance
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function
