Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and minimum of 5 years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and minimum of 3 years of work experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, Texas or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US

Aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions

Empathetic and strategic mindset with a broad-based understanding of industry and business

Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment
