Scheduling & Logistics: Arranging complex interviews across different locations/time zones, managing calendars, and coordinating candidate interviews
System Management: Maintaining data integrity in ATS (Rippling), managing candidate records, and troubleshooting system workflows
Candidate Experience: Serving as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive journey
Hiring Team Support: Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, preparing documentation, and assisting with offer letters and onboarding
Process Improvement: Helping implement standardized recruiting services and ensuring compliance
Qualification
Required
Strong Organization: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for interacting with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant tracking systems, Rippling experience is a plus
Adaptability: Thriving in fast-paced environments and reprioritizing tasks quickly
Experience: 2+ years in recruiting or people operations
