Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for third-party review site partners, managing relationships and aligning review site goals with our business objectives
Own the management, optimization, and accuracy of content across review platforms, developing strategies to increase high-quality customer reviews
Negotiate vendor contracts, oversee budget allocations for review site partnerships, and identify opportunities for partner-driven content and joint marketing initiatives
Analyze performance data from review sites to provide actionable insights, and manage the response process for customer reviews
Technically integrate review site APIs to pull data into internal platforms, ensuring data reliability, and leveraging this data to inform business strategies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in managing external partner relationships, particularly within the B2B tech, SaaS, or software space
Strong technical skills in API integration and data management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience in the B2B tech, SaaS, or software industries
