Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, machine operations, packing, and shipping of construction materials, concrete products, and rebar
Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and distribution
Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Manage health, safety, security, workers’ compensation, and insurance-related matters
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to support business operations
Prepare and review operational and inventory reports
Handle damaged or obsolete inventory according to company guidelines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Strong inventory management and warehouse systems experience
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, workers' compensation, and compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
Military background
Experience in construction materials, concrete, steel, or rebar environments
