Change Management Partner – Oracle GL Implementation
Bayforce is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption and business readiness for a major Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, focusing on General Ledger processes. The role involves partnering with finance and technology teams to ensure smooth transitions and maximum user engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead change management efforts for Oracle Cloud Financials implementation
Drive adoption of Oracle systems, with emphasis on General Ledger processes
Develop and execute stakeholder communications and engagement strategies
Design, deliver, and manage training programs for finance and business users
Translate system changes into business impacts in collaboration with finance teams
Gather feedback from users and adjust adoption strategies to improve experience and results
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on change management experience, preferably in complex organizational environments
Deep expertise with Oracle Financials, particularly core General Ledger processes
Proven track record implementing change, not just theoretical knowledge
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Change management certification is a plus, but practical implementation experience is critical
Preferred
Experience in Banking or Financial Services
