They are seeking an Employee-Owner, Technical Representative to focus on setting up and calibrating new machines, assisting with installations, and supporting the warehouse team as needed.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Maintain and properly document inventory and required paperwork
Unboxing and setting up new machines
Update settings on Machines
Calibrate machines based on guidelines
Assist with machine installations as needed
Deliver parts or components to service technicians in the field
Complete assigned training and certifications
May lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally
Act as a back-up to the warehouse team as needed
Adhere to MSI Metro Sales, Inc.’s service policies and procedures
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
Valid Drivers License
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
CompTIA A+ and NET+ Certifications or willingness to attain certifications
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience
