Responsibilities

Establishes a sales strategy in partnership with market leaders; sets specific achievable objectives and action plans; motivates others to balance customer needs and business success
Develops an upsell sales strategy for existing clients; educates internal teams as needed and collaborates with Account Managers to deliver directly to client teams
Drive revenue sales growth by upselling to existing clients
Data gathering and reporting on client and product performance and sales opportunities
Develops, monitors, and analyzes performance reports and service performance trends for each account against the plan and recommends specific actions or remedies as necessary
Operates as SME for product portfolio trains, and coaches peers to provide product knowledge
Creates and maintains tools, job aids, and training materials to support account teams, and other departments across the enterprise in their efforts to resolve issues and improve their relationship with clients

Required

3-5 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with both internal and external teams
Advanced organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines; ensure accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook
Skilled with prioritization and multi-tasking
Excellent collaboration and partnering skills
A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly

Preferred

Project Management Certification preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
