IT Project Manager – Software Integrations (Banking & POS)
RPL International is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex software integration initiatives within a banking and payments environment. This role will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact technology projects involving core banking systems and Point of Sale (POS) platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support
Manage software and system integrations, including banking platforms, payment systems, and POS solutions
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Compliance) and external vendors
Ensure projects meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within a banking environment
Facilitate meetings, communicate milestones, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks
Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and transition to operations
Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT Project Management experience
Banking or financial services experience (required)
Hands-on experience managing software integrations
Point of Sale (POS) system experience (required)
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
PMP certification (highly preferred / ideal)
Experience with payment processing systems, merchant services, or core banking platforms
Experience working with third-party vendors and offshore teams
